Product updates: July–August 2026
Customer-visible changes shipped between mid-July and late August 2026, grouped by theme.
Leave management
Section titled “Leave management”- Employees can select multiple dates in a single leave request.
- Approvers can approve part of a request and refuse the rest, instead of deciding all-or-nothing.
- Employers can maintain leave counters per employee, so remaining balances stay visible.
- A new absence planning board and a redesigned leave overview make team absences easier to review.
Time registration
Section titled “Time registration”- Statutory breaks are now inserted automatically, based on the rules that apply to the shift, so nobody has to remember to register them.
- A new planning rule closes forgotten shifts automatically after a configurable number of hours.
- Office staff can add manual time entries, and every change to a time entry keeps a visible change history.
Planning
Section titled “Planning”- The portal planning now includes a per-employee grid view.
- Shifts can be generated from an employee’s contract timetable, with a preview before anything is published.
Employee app
Section titled “Employee app”- The employee app was redesigned around a home dashboard: month schedule, availability rules, leave requests, and QR clock-in at the kiosk.
Roles and access
Section titled “Roles and access”- Portal roles were unified into one clear role model, so access is easier to understand and assign.
Activity log
Section titled “Activity log”- The portal activity log now shows field-level differences for changes, so you can see exactly what was edited, by whom.
Best next step
Section titled “Best next step”- See Planning and availability for the planning workflows.
- See Time and attendance for breaks, clock-out, and time entry corrections.
- See Employee App for the redesigned employee flows.
